Leapsome is an all-in-one HR and people-enablement platform (HRIS, recruiting, performance, engagement, learning, compensation) that has layered an AI layer ("Leapsome AI Agents") on top of a shared employee data record since July 2025. The AI agents (including Development Coach, Culture Advisor, Data Analyst, PeopleOps Partner, HR Helpdesk) generate analytics, dashboards, workflows, and recommendations from HR, recruiting, and engagement data. Additional features include an AI copilot called "Leapy," MCP connectivity for data import/export, and 75+ third-party integrations. The platform is EU-hosted, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliant, and designed for EU AI Act compliance.
