NVIDIA Ising is the world's first family of open-source AI models for quantum computing, released on April 14, 2026. The family comprises two model domains: Ising Calibration (a 35B-parameter vision-language model for automated quantum processor calibration) and Ising Decoding (two 3D CNN variants with 0.9M and 1.8M parameters for real-time error correction). The models achieve up to 2.5x faster performance and 3x higher accuracy compared to the previous open-source standard pyMatching. They are available on GitHub, Hugging Face, and build.nvidia.com, and run on the NVIDIA CUDA-Q software platform and the NVQLink QPU-GPU interconnect.
