Muse is a personal AI agent developed by Meta Platforms, announced on September 8, 2026. Unlike a conventional chatbot, Muse autonomously carries out multi-step tasks (e.g. sending emails, booking travel, filling out forms, making purchases) and continues working in the background even when the app is closed.
